Regional Construction Companies Are More Active in Urban Transformation.

Due to my focus area in my real estate profession, I work actively in Gayrettepe, Etiler, Barbaros Boulevard, Kültür mh regions.
While my observation continues, there are new urban transformation projects that have started.
Urban transformation projects on an island basis or as a combination of multiple parcels are in the minority.
New constructions are mostly progressing on a parcel basis.
Another issue that caught my attention is that, although Beşiktaş is the most valuable living space in Istanbul, large-scale companies remain distant from urban transformation projects, especially on a parcel basis.
When I look at the current urban transformations in different parts of Beşiktaş, the old ones in the region, local small or medium-sized construction companies that have previously carried out similar projects are active.
