Barbaros Boulevard is being Renewed with Urban Transformation Projects.

Since November 2023, I have started to focus only on real estate in Beşiktaş that I can also market in international markets.

Barbaros Boulevard is one of the areas where A+ projects have been rising, directly or indirectly, for about a year.
I say indirectly because there are project areas that want to undergo urban transformation in the Barbaros Boulevard area and are being worked on.
Considering the location of Barbaros Boulevard, I am very pleased with the movement in the area.
Barbaros 48 and Kempinski Balmumcu Residence projects are currently known projects and the construction is continuing rapidly.
Recently, the construction of a project has started in the Balmumcu area, on the back street of Barbaros Boulevard.
Projects on Büyükdere CD also started recently.
