My focus areas are Etiler, Kültür mh, Levent, Gayrettepe and Büyükdere Cd.
When I look at the current situation of urban transformation and new building construction, I observe differences between Gayrettepe and Etiler.
There is currently no new building construction in Levent and Kültür mh regions.
New building construction in the Gayrettepe area is progressing slowly. However, when I look at the price levels of finished constructions, it seems that construction companies are generally positioning themselves for 1-2 years ahead.
When I look at the construction projects in the Etiler region, I observe a more dynamic process. However, the demand for new buildings is always strong.
In the current situation, there are clear differences between regions, even in the most valuable and expensive district of Istanbul, such as Beşiktaş.
