As of the beginning of 2025, I started to focus on the Ulus region.
There are mainly site living areas in the Ulus region.
There are almost no new buildings.
Most of the buildings are low-rise.
There is no urban transformation area in the Ulus region that I can think of right now.
In this sense, I can say that Ulus is perhaps the calmest district of Beşiktaş.
