What is the Content of Malik Construction Company Sharing in Urban Transformation Projects in Beşiktaş Region?
Two weeks ago, I had a meeting with a construction company official who was in talks with the owner regarding the urban transformation of a valuable building in the Şişli Esentepe region.

During our meeting, one of the important topics was whether it would be a better decision to construct the building as an office or a residence.
Another important issue was what the sales price per m² could be during the construction process and when it was completed.
Afterwards, we talked about how the building owners and the construction company would share the completed construction.
The meeting with the owners gave information that the progress was at the level of 60% owner / 40% construction company. The owners were also pushing for 65%.
In this environment, demand for new buildings throughout Beşiktaş is not strong, except for the Ulus and Etiler regions. Therefore, first of all, the liquid financing power of construction companies is an important criterion in achieving their targeted profit from the project.
Apart from these, in my opinion, in general, the range of 50% - 50% to 60% owner - 40% construction company will be the correct sharing level in new construction projects across Beşiktaş.
Here, location and peer level will be important determinants.
