Is Urban Transformation Economical in Beşiktaş?

According to the news I read before the holiday, cement prices were increased by 25%.
On the one hand, construction costs are increasing, on the other hand, extreme weakness continues on the demand side.
As I have observed in practice, construction companies approach urban transformation projects reluctantly and distantly.
I see buildings undergoing urban transformation, albeit drop by drop, in the Beşiktaş Gayrettepe region.
I observe a similar situation in Etiler, where I work on new buildings.
In the Levent villas region, I have not seen any other urban transformation area other than Polat İnşaat's ongoing residence project.
Needless to say, the obelisk side is extremely lively.
I don't think this extreme recession will continue indefinitely. The time will come when the real estate market will become more active.
Everyone is trying to take the right position for themselves.
I also know that when the market moves, everything will jump at once, just like the stock market.
