On the one hand, construction costs are increasing, on the other hand, extreme weakness continues on the demand side.
As I have observed in practice, construction companies approach urban transformation projects reluctantly and distantly.
I see buildings undergoing urban transformation, albeit drop by drop, in the Beşiktaş Gayrettepe region.
I observe a similar situation in Etiler, where I work on new buildings.
In the Levent villas region, I have not seen any other urban transformation area other than Polat İnşaat's ongoing residence project.
