I Have A Dream.. I Dream That Gayrettepe Yıldız Posta CD Will Be Renewed.

Yıldız Posta cd is the pearl of Gayrettepe and one of the precious living spaces of Beşiktaş.
Yıldız Posta cd is parallel to Büyükdere Cd and E-5.
It is also the connection road between Barbaros Boulevard and Mecidiyeköy Şişli.
There are many shops, offices, residences and also plazas on the street.
Gayrettepe Istanbul Airport metro station, which is expected to open very soon, is also on the side street of this street.
The second part of the Retired Officers' Houses, Dedeman Hotel, Point Hotel, Melas Hotel, Mövenpick Hotel and Türk Telekom Headquarters are also on this street.
Almost all of the buildings on the street are old buildings.
The only new building that comes to my mind is Yıldız Residence.
There is also Manna Boutique Hotel located next to Bulvar Patisserie.
There is no villa living space in Gayrettepe.
Apart from these, there is no A+ office plaza alternative in the region.
The only residence project within the official borders of Gayrettepe is Selenium Panorama.
If Yıldız Posta cd undergoes urban transformation in a planned manner.
If there were qualified brand site living spaces in the New Yıldız Posta CD, one residence, one A+ office plaza, and if possible, a villa living space...
I think that in the coming period, one of the most popular living spaces in Istanbul will be established instead of Retired Officers' Houses.
