Your Earthquake Risk Report will be reviewed and processed within 10 days.
An official letter is sent to all flat owners from the Land Registry Directorate.
A Contractor Company is found for the reconstruction or reinforcement of the building.
An application is made to banks for an Urban Transformation Loan for the reconstruction of your building.
For Rent Assistance, an application is made to the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry.
A contract is made with the Contractor chosen by the flat owners with mutual decision and the construction of your New Building begins.
